Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 접속단자용 튜브 제조방법을 개시한다.
종래의 접속단자용 튜브는 파이프 형상의 경질 프라스틱이므로 외주면에 식별문자를 인쇄하기가 매우 어려울 뿐 아니라 인쇄된 문자가 쉽게 지워지고 도선 외주와 튜브 내주가 도선과 확실하게 밀착지지되지 못하였으며 보관시 많은 부피를 차지하고 부주의한 경우 깨지는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 실리콘 30%, 폴리에틸렌 45% 및 고무 25%를 혼합하고, 혼합된 재료를 75∼120℃에서 가열하여, 압출성형한 후, 공랭시켜서 튜브를 성형하므로 종래의 문제를 해결하였다.

제2도는 일반적인 압출성형장치를 보이는 부분 단면도,
제3도는 성형된 튜브를 보이는 부분 사시도,
제4도는 성형된 튜브가 회전축에 권취된 상태를 보이는 부분측면도,
제5도는 긴 튜브에 절단선을 형성시킨 상태를 보이는 부분사시도,
제6도는 튜브 넘버링기에 의해 카트리지에 수납된 튜브를 인출시켜 표시문자를 인쇄하는 것을 보인 사시도,
제7도는 단위튜브의 사용상태를 보이는 부분 평면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회로 또는 장치에서의 단자에 접속되어 이를 외부회로에 접속시키는 도선 일단에 삽입되어 이를 피복하고, 상기 접속된 단자의 특성을 식별하도록 표면에 식별문자가 인쇄된 접속단자용 튜브에 있어서, 실리콘 30%, 폴리에틸렌 45% 및 고무 25%를 혼합하고, 혼합된 재료를 75∼120℃에서 가열하여, 압출성형한 후, 공랭시켜 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속단자용 튜브 제조방법.
