Abstract

본 발명은 염기성 연와의 이음부위에 사용되는 내화몰탈 조성물에 관한 것으로, 마그네시아를 주원료로 하는 내화몰탈 조성물에 스피넬분말을 첨가하여 부착강도를 높이고 팽창율을 저하하고, 슬랙에 의한 내침식성을 증진시켜 열충격저항성 및 내침식성이 우수한 마그네시아질 내화몰탈을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 중량%로 마그네시아 성분을 80% 이상 함유하는 마그네시아 : 60∼80%, 스피넬 분말 : 12∼30%, 벤토나이트 : 2∼5%, 유산마그네슘 : 1∼4%, 헥사메타인산소다 : 1∼3%를 함유하여 조성되는 마그네시아질 내화몰탈 조성물에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 중량%로, 마그네시아 성분을 80% 이상 함유하는 마그네시아 : 60∼80%, 스피넬 분말 : 12∼30%, 벤토나이트 : 2∼5%, 유산마그네슘 : 1∼4%, 헥사메타인산소다 : 1∼3%를 함유하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 마그네시아질 내화몰탈 조성물.
