본 발명은 분뇨 및 유기성폐수처리에 이용되는 1차호기성소화-2차활성슬러지법을 개량한 방법으로서 바실러스균을 선택 배양하고 이를 포자화시켜 포자의 침강성은 물론 슬러지의 침강성도 향상시킬 뿐 아니라 소화조및 폭기조내에서 비교적 변화의 폭이 큰 유기물의 부하변동이나 외부조건 변화에도 강하고 동시에 악취제거에도 유용하며 슬러지 발생이 적고 탈수효율도 양호하여 유기물질의 제거효율은 물론 고도처리도 가능한 처리방법이며, 여기에다 감시용 화상시스템을 설치하여 조내의 미생물 상태를 정확히 파악하고 이를 물리화학적 운전조작 및 생물학적 영향인자의 조절, 즉 처리조건을 최적화한 처리방법으로서, 특히 이 공정을 이용한 처리방법은 운전이 단순하면서 유기물 제거효율이 기존 처리방법에 비해 월등하며, 기존 2차 처리공정에서 통상 필요한 20배 정도의 많은 희석수를 3배까지 줄일 수 있는 경제적인 고농도 유기성폐수의 고도처리방법이며, 분뇨외에도 산업폐수, 도시하수, 축산폐수 및 생활오폐수 등에도 적용가능하다.The present invention is an improved method of the first aerobic digestion-secondary activated sludge method used for manure and organic wastewater treatment.
