Abstract
본 발명은 중금속 폐수에 함유되어 있는 유기 물질이면서도 유해 물질인 중금속, 예를 들면, Ni, Zn, Cr, Cd, Ag 등을 효과적으로 회수 및 제거하고, 폐수를 공업용수로 재사용하기 위해 기존의 입상 활성탄(GAC)공법 보다 흡착 및 분리 성능이 우수한 활성 탄소 섬유(ACF) 장치를 역삼투(R/O)의 전처리 장치용으로 도입한조합 공정으로서, 이 방법에 의하면, 중금속이 활성 탄소 섬유와 역삼투의 2단계를 거치면서 중금속의 회수율이 중대되면서 역삼투의 부하를 줄여서 역삼투막의 수명을 연장시키는 동시에 역삼투의 투과수는 공업용수로 재사용할 수 있다는 장점을 갖고 있는 상당히 경제적인 공정인 것이다.The present invention effectively recovers and removes heavy metals, such as Ni, Zn, Cr, Cd, Ag, which are both organic and harmful substances contained in heavy metal wastewater, and reuses existing granular activated carbon to reuse the wastewater as industrial water.
