차체 프레임의 전방 상·하에 차폭 방향으로 제공되는 라디에이터 서포트 어퍼·로워 맴버에 장착되는 라디에이터와 응축기를 갖는 냉각시스템의 구조에 있어서, 응측기와 라디에이터를 일체로 하여 냉각시스템의 모듈화를 도모하여 차량 양상시 작업성의 향상과 원가의 절감을 실현하기 위하여; 차체 프레임의 전방 하측에서 차폭 방향으로 제공되어 엔진 룸의 일측을 형성하는 로워 맴버와; 상기 로워 맴버의 진방 상측에 상하방향으로 제공되어 로워 맴버의 상면에 고정·결합되는 센터 맴버와; 이 센서 맴버의 상축에 고정·결합되며, 후드에 장착된 후드 스트라이커가 통과되어 센터 맴버의 일측에 장착된 후드 래치와 체결분리되는 후드 스트라이커 관통홀을 형성하는 어퍼 맴버와; 이 로워 맴버의 후방 상축에 상하방향으로 장착되어 엔진에서 가열된 냉각수를 냉각시키는 라디에이터와; 이 라디에이터의 전방에 장착되어 공조장치의 압축기에서 제공되는 고온 고압의 가스 상태인 냉매를 고압의 액체 상태로 액화시키는 응축기와; 이 어퍼 맴버의 상측에 일단이 고정·결합되고, 라디에이터의 상단에 다른 일단이 고정·결합되어 라디에이터의 상단을 고정·지지하는 연결부재를 포함하는 차량용 냉각시스템의 모듈화 구조.Radiator support provided in the vehicle width direction above and below the body frame.
