원재료인 천연고무에 각종 배합물이 적정비율로 혼합된 정련고무가 선단부에 소정형상의 다이를 장착한 압출기로 투입되어 이 압출기에 의해 강제압송되면서 상기 다이를 거쳐 단면이 소정형상으로 이루어지도록 압출성형되는 타이어용 트레드의 제조에 있어서, 상기 압출기⑴가 각각 다른 조성물로 배합된 정련고무를 공급받는 제1,2압출기(2,3)로 구성되되, 이 제1압출기⑵의 출구측 선단에는 다이의 하측 중공부⑷ 상면에 연직하 방향으로 길게 돌출되어 일체로 성형된 글루브성형매개물⑸을 다수개 갖춘 1차다이⑹가 고정되고, 상기 제2압출기⑶의 출구측 선단에는 상기 제1압출기⑵의 1차다이⑹를 거치면서 글루브성형매개물⑸에 의해 트레드⑺의 상면에 형성되는 글루브⑻내로 제2압출기⑶로부터 압송된 저밀도물질⑿을 압출시킬 수 있는 다수개의 통로⑼를 내부에 갖추고서 이 통로⑼가 연장된 선단의 주입구⑽를 하측 중공부⑷의 상면에 다수개 구비하고 있는 2차다이⑾가 고정되어져; 상기 압출기⑴의 제1압출기⑵로 일반적인 트레드⑺와 동일한 조성물이 공급되어 1차다이⑹를 거친 1차트레드(7')가 상면에 다수개의 글루브⑻를 형성한 상태로 압출성형되고, 이후 압출된 1차트레드(7')는 2차다이⑾로 진입하여 저밀도물질⑿을 압출시키는 제2압출기⑶에 의해 상기 글루브⑻내에 저밀도물질⑿을 채운 상태의 완성된 형태의 2차트레드(7')로 배출되어 상기 트레드⑺의 제조가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 경량화를 위한 트레드의 성형장치.Refined rubber mixed with natural rubber, which is a raw material, in various ratios is introduced into an extruder equipped with a die having a predetermined shape at the tip, and is extruded to have a predetermined shape through the die while being forced by the extruder.
