Abstract

본 발명은 전자렌지의 조리 동작을 제어하는 구동 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 전자렌지의 동작 초기에 발생하는 돌입 전류의 발생을 억제함으로써 회로 동작을 안정화시킬 수 있도록, 전자렌지 구동 회로에 있어서 제2 스위치와 고압 트랜스 사이에 완동 릴레이의 접점 동작을 전원의 위상과 동기시켜 최소의 돌입전류가 발생하는 위상에서 전원을 인가하기 위한 위상제어 모듈을 구성한 전자렌지의 돌입전류 방지 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전자렌지 구동 회로에 있어서, 제2스위치(SW2)와 고압 트랜스(HVT) 사이에 완동 릴레이(RY)의 접점 동작을 전원의 위상과 동기시켜 최소의 돌입전류가 발생하는 위상에서 전원을 인가하기 위한 위상제어 모듈(10)을 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 돌입전류 방지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위상제어 모듈(10)은 교류 전원의 주파수를 입력시키는 전원주파수 입력부(11)와; 상기 전원주파수 입력부(11)로부터 입력된 교류 전원을 정류하여 직류 전압을 발생시키는 전압 발생부(12); 상기 전압 발생부(13)에서 발생된 직류 전압을 소정시간 지연시키는 지연 회로부(13) 및; 상기 지연 회로부(13)를 통하여소정시간 지연 후 릴레이를 구동시키는 릴레이 구동부(14)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 돌입전류 방지장치.
