Abstract
본 발명은 전압공진형 인버터회로에 관한 것으로, 특히 순간정전이나 써지(Surge)가 발생하였을 경우에 공진전압이 급격히 증가함으로 인한 파워트랜지스터의 파괴를 막을 수 있는 전압공진형 인버터회로의 공진전류감지장치에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 순간적인 정전이나 써지에 의하여 급작한 공진전압의 상승에 의하여 파워트랜지스터의 파괴가 우려되고, 이를 방지하기 위하여 내전압이 높은 파워트랜지스터를 사용하는 경우에는 그에따른 가격상승의 요인이 되는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 공진전류가 상승하게 되면 이를 감지하여 파워트랜지스터의 베이스에 인가되는 펄스를 소정시간 차단함으로써, 파워트랜지스터의 파괴를 막을 수 있을 뿐만아니라 내전압이 낮은 파워트랜지스터를 사용할 수 있으므로 가격절감의 효과가 있게된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
