본 발명은 리튬전지(Li/MnO2Battery)를 카세트에 자동으로 장전시킬 수 있도록 된 자동적재장치에 관한 것으로써, 회전실린더(3)에 의해 회전베이스(5)를 180도씩 단속적으로 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 것과, 상기 회전베이스(5)의 양측에는 모터(7)에 의해 회전되는 스크류샤프트(8)에 슬라이드베이스(10)의 스크류블록(9)이 나사결합되고, 상기 슬라이드베이스(10) LM블록(15)이 LM가이드(14)를 따라 슬라이딩되며, 상기 슬라이드베이스(10)상측에 복수개의 슬롯(11)을 고정시키는 것과, 상기 슬롯(11)에 카세트(25)가 장착되는 것과, 일측 슬라이드베이스(10)의 선행카세트(25)의 벨트콘베이어(20)에 가이드(21)를 따라 이송되어지는 리튬전지가 방향전환투입부에서 투입되어지도록된 것인바, 회전베이스(5)를 180도씩 단속적으로 회전시키면서 각 슬라이드베이스(10)의 카세트(25)에 전지를 장전시키는 것을 교호로 반복실시하므로, 효율적으로 전지를 적재시킬수 있어 능률이 크게 향상되어지고, 차기공정이 원활하게 작동될 수 있도록 하여 주며, 특히 조립공정을 자동으로 설비할 수 있어 가동시간도 최대로 높일 수 있어 생산성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to an automatic loading device capable of automatically loading a lithium battery (Li / MnO 2 Battery) into a cassette, and rotates the rotating base 5 intermittently by 180 degrees by the rotating cylinder 3.
