Abstract

본 발명은 보일러 오일펌프의 작동시험장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 보일러 전체를 시험실로 옮겨 오일펌프를 시험하였기 때문에 오일펌프만의 정밀한 시험을 할 수 없으며 다수를 시험할 경우 많은 시험공간을 차지하는 폐단이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 제2도에서와 같이 유조(14)와 계량유조(16)와 오일펌프(12)를 순환파이프(20)로 결합시키고 압력계(28), 저울(18),전압계(30)등을 설치시켜 정밀하고 간편하게 유출압력, 유량, 공급전압 변동에 따른 오일펌프의 가동상태를 측정 시험할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유조(14)와 계량유조(16)를 연결시키는 순환파이프(20)를 설치하고, 오일펌프(12)를 결합시키되 상기 오일펌프(12)의 유출구(101)측에는 압력계(28)를 설치시키고, 오일펌프의 구동전원으로 인가되는 전원선로 양단에는 디지털 전압계(30)의 전압감지단을 연결시키며, 계량유조(16)와 연결되는 순환파이프(20)의 토출구에는 노즐(26)을 설치시키고, 계량유조(16)하부에는 저울(18)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 오일펌프의 시험장치.
