본 발명은 가스연료를 연소용 촉매에서 전2차공기식(완전확산식)으로 연소시킬때에 촉매층내로 연소용 공기의 확산을 원활하게 하여 연소성능를 향상시키며 촉매버너로부터의 열전달을 증가시키기 위하여 촉매버너표면에 연소용 공기를 공급할 수 있도록 촉매버너 본체에 팬을 설치하고 이를 제어할 수 있는 것으로서, 연소용 공기를 전2차공기식 촉매버너 본테에 팬을 설치하고 이를 제어할 수 있는 것으로서, 연소용 공기를 전2차공기식 촉매연소버너 표면에 강제적으로 공급하여 연소성능을 향상시켜 촉매버너를 수직, 상향, 하향의 어떠한 방식으로 설치하든지 완전연소가 가능케하고, 촉매층의 온도가 촉매의 내구성 온도 이상으로 올라가지 않도록 촉매층에 설치된 열전대(5)의 온도를 감지하여 제어기(8)에 의해서 팬(6)의 풍량을 제어하는 것이다.The present invention facilitates the diffusion of combustion air into the catalyst layer when the gas fuel is combusted from the catalyst for combustion in a full secondary air type (complete diffusion type) to improve combustion performance and increase heat transfer from the catalyst burner.
