Abstract

본 발명은 각종 도어에 사용할 수 있고 구속력과 개폐특성을 가진 도어개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 하나의 개폐유니트로서 록킹기능과 개방력부여기능 및 댐버기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있고 닫힐 때 충격음이 발생하지 않도록 하기 위하여, 양쪽에 롤로(8, 8´)가 설치되는 컨넥팅 로드(9)와, 힌지운동하는 바디측의 자유단에 일측이 회전축(10)을 중심으로 회전가능하게 설치되고 상기 컨넥팅 로드(9)의 일측 롤러(8)가 직선왕복운동 가능한 궤적을 갖는 바디측 슬라이딩 가이드(4)와, 이 바디측 슬라이딩 가이드(4)의 타측에 일방향으로 탄력을 부여하는 압축스프링(5)과, 상기 바디측과 상대 힌지운동하는 도어측의 자유단에 대우기소를 이루며 고정되는 소켓(6) 및 상기 바디측 슬라이딩 가이드(4)와 상대운동 가능하며 일측이 상기 소켓(6)과 곡면대우를 이루며 결합되고 상기 컨넥팅 로드(9)의 타측 롤러(8´)가 외력과 상기 압축스프링(5)의 힘에 의하여 단속적으로 왕복운동 가능한 궤적을 갖는 도어측 슬라이딩 가이드(7)로 구성시킨 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 양쪽에 롤러가 설치되는 컨넥팅 로드와, 힌지운동하는 바디측의 자유단에 일측이 회전축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치되고 상기 컨넥팅 로드의 일측 롤러가 직선왕복운동 가능한 궤적을 갖는 바디측 슬라이딩 가이드와, 상기 바디측 슬라이딩 가이드의 타측에 일방향으로 탄력을 부여하는 압축스프링과, 상기 바디측과 상대 힌지운동하는 도어측의 자유단에 대우기소를 이루며 고정되는 소켓 및 상기 바디측 슬라이딩 가이드와 상대운동 가능하며 일측이 상기 소켓과 곡면대우를 이루며 결합되고 상기 컨넥팅 로드의 타측 롤러가 외력과 상기 압축스프링의 힘에 의하여 단속적으로 왕복운동가능한 궤적을 갖는 도어측 슬라이딩 가이드로 이루어진 도어개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 도어측 슬라이딩 가이드의 궤적은 상기 컨넥팅 로드의 타측 롤러가 외력에 의하여 도어의 개뱅초기 또는 폐쇄후기에 타고 넘는 급만곡부와, 상기 타측 롤러가 상기 압축스프링의 힘 또는 외력에 의하여 도어의 개방중기 또는 폐쇄중기에 직진하는 평로부 및 상기 타측 롤러가 상기 압축스프링의 힘 또는 외력에 의하여 도어의 개방후기 또는 폐쇄초기에 타고 넘는 완만곡부로 이루어진 도어개폐장치.
