Abstract
본 발명은 플라스틱 공장의 부산물이나 혹은 폐기된 플라스틱으로부터 화학 공업 원료인 방향족 유도체의 합성에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리스티렌(스티로폴)을 열분해시킨 후에 이 생성물을 촉매반응처리하여 직접 벤젠, 톨루엔, 스티렌 모너머 등의 방향족 화합물을 고수율로 회수하는 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 페플라스틱을 500∼700℃온도에서 열분해 시키는 제1단계, 상기 분해물을 500∼700℃온도에서 금속이온 함유촉매와 반응시키는 제2단계, 상기 단계를 거쳐 얻어진 방향족 화합물을 냉각, 응축하여 회수하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 페플라스틱으로부터 방향족 화합물을 회수하는 방법에 관한 기술이다.The present invention relates to the synthesis of aromatic derivatives, which are chemical raw materials, from by-products of plastic factories or from discarded plastics.
