Abstract

본 발명은 버스사이드패널을 보관장소에서 조립생산라인으로 이송하는 이송장치에 관한 것으로, 구동바퀴(12)가 하부에 설치된 베이스(10)와, 상기 베이스(10)의 상부에 고정 설치되고 상판(21)과 하판(22)으로 구성되는 몸체 (20)와. 상기 몸체 (20)의 하판(22)일측에 설치되어 상기 구동바퀴 (12)에 구동력을 공급하는 이송부(30)와, 상기 몸체 (20)의 하판(22)중앙에 설치되어 구동축(47)을 구동시키는 동력전달부(40)와, 상기 몸체(20)의 상판(21)에 설치되고 하부에 로울러 (52)가 설치되어 회동되는 받침대 (50)와, 상기 받침대 (50) 위에 안착되고 상기 구동축(47)의 일단에 끼워져 권취된 버스사이드패널(2)을 감거나 풀어주는 안내부재 (60)를 포함하여 이루어진 것인 바, 본 발명은 버스사이드패널의 이송을 자동화하므로써, 소수의 인원으로도 작업이 가능하고 작업소요시간을 단축할 수 있으며 생산성이 향상되는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 지면에 설치되는 이송레일(11) 위에서 좌우로 이동가능하게 다수개의 구동바퀴 (12)가 하부에 설치되고, 상기 구동바퀴 (12)외 일측양단에 상기 구동바퀴 (12)를 구동시키는 구동력이 전달되는 제1스프로킷(13)이 설치되며, 상기 재1스프로킷(13)에 이송축(14)이 축설되는 사각형의 베이스(10)와: 상기 베이스(10)의 상부에 고정 설치되고, 상판(21)과 하판(22)으로 구성되며, 상기 상판(21)의 상면에 원반형의 요홈(23)이 형성되는 몸체(20)와; 상기 몸체 (20)의 하판(22)일측에 상기 베이스(10)의 제1스프로킷(13)과 수직으로 재2스프로킷(31)이 이송체인(32)으로 연설되고, 상기 제2스프로킷(31)에 일체로 된 이송모터(33)로 구성되어 설치되는 이송부(30)와: 상기 몸체(20)의 하판(22) 중앙에 구동력을 발생시키는 구동모터 (41)가 설치되고, 상기 구동모터(41)에 연설되어 구동력을 감속 전달하는 감속기어(42)의 수직으로 감속기어축(43)이 설치되고, 상기 감속기어축(43)의 일단에 형성된 제3스프로킷(44)이 수평으로 제4스프로킷(45)과 구동체인(46)으로 연설되고, 상기 제4스프로킷(45)와 일체로 된 구동축(47)이 수직상방으로 설치되는 동력전달부(40)와: 상기 동력전달부(40)의 구동축(47)이 통과하는 축설공(51)이 소정크기로 중앙에 형성되고, 상기 몸체 (27)의 상판(21)에 형성되는 요홈(23)에 삽입되어 회동되는 로울러(52)가 하부에 설치되는 받침대 (50)와: 상기 받침대 (50) 위에 안착되어 상기 축설공(51)의 상측으로 돌출된 상기 동력전달부(40)의 구동축(47) 일단과 끼워지고, 버스사이드패널(2)이 권취되는 굵은 봉 형상의 안내부재 (60)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 버스사이드패널의 이송장치.
