Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 전방충돌시 조향장치의 구성부품중 차량의 최선단에 위치한 기어박스가 후방으로 이동되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 프레임에 장공을 형성하여 프레임이 변형될때 기어박스도 함께 미끄러질수 있도록 한 충격흡수용 조향장치의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 조향장치의 기어박스(11)가 프레임(12) 일단에 취부되는 구조에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(11)와 결합되는 프레임(12)의 일단에 장공(13)을 형성하고, 상기 장공(13)을 미끄러져 이동될 수 있는 코팅 플레이트(14)를 결합하고, 상기 코팅 플레이트(14)에 기어박스(11)를 고정시킨 구조로 이루어진 것이다.
따라서 본 발명에 따르면 전방충돌시 조향휠이 후방이동되는 것을 방지하기 위한 별도의 장치 및 부품을 설치하지 않고 종래구조의 프레임에 장공을 형성하고 코팅 플레이트를 설치하여 조향휠의 후방이동을 억제할 수 있는 유용한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 조향장치의 기어박스(11)가 프레임(12) 일단에 취부되는 구조에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(11)와 결합되는 프레임(12)의 일단에 장공(13)을 형성하고, 상기 장공(13)을 미끄러져 이동될 수 있는 코팅 플레이트(14)를 결합하고, 상기 코팅 플레이트(14)에 기어박스(11)를 고정시킨 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 흡수용 조향장치의 취부구조.
