Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 대시보드 상에 설치되어 스티어링 인터메디에이트 샤프트와 대시보드에 형성되어 있는 샤프트 관통구멍이 이루는 틈을 막아주는 샤프트용 부트가 고정을 위한 스크류가 풀림으로써 찢기는 것을 방지 할 수 있는 자동차의 스티어링 인터메디에이트 샤프트용 부트를 제공하기 위하여 스크류(30)가 통과되는 체결용 관통구멍 (31)이 여러개 형성되어 있는 납작한 폐쇄고리모양의 클램핑 플레이트(32)와 자동차의 대시보드(33)의 사이에 개재되어 대시보드(33) 상에 용접된 웰딩너트(34)에 나사결합되는 스크류(30)에 의해 고정되도록 구성되어 있는 자동차의 스티어링 인터메디에이트 샤프트용 부트에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 플레이트(32)의 테두리 (32a)에 상기 샤프트용 부트(36)의 테두리 (36a)를 감싸면서 상기 대시보드(33)에 접촉되어 있는 샤프트용 부트(36)의 접촉면(36b)에 일부가 접촉되는 포밍부(40)를 형성하여 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스크류(30)가 통과되는 체결용 관통구멍 (31)이 여러개 형성되어 있는 납작한 폐쇄고리모양의 클램핑 플레이트(32)와 자동차의 대시보드(33)의 사이에 개재되어 대시보드(33) 상에 용접된 웰딩너트(34)에 나사결합되는 스크류(30)에 의해 고정되도록 구성되어 있는 자동차의 스티어링 인터메디에이트 샤프트용 부트에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 플레이트(32)의 테두리 (32a)에 상기 샤프트용 부트(36)의 테두리 (36a)를 감싸면서 상기 대시보드(33)에 접촉되어 있는 샤프트용 부트(36)의 접촉면(36b)에 일부가 접촉되는 포밍부(40)를 형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스티어링 인터메디에이트 샤프트용 부트.
