본 발명은 많은 젓가락들의 앞뒤를 골라서 정리하는 데 많은 시간과 노력이 소요됨을 이 젓가락 고르는 기구로서 신속하고 간편하게 고를 수 있으며, 다시 이 기구의 조작으로 고른 젓가락을 보관하는 젓가락 통으로 활용할 수 있다.
3. 발명(고안)의 해결방법의 요지
이 발명은 요지는 젓가락 앞뒤의 무게차이에 있다. 즉 중앙에 가는 막대가 젓가락들의 중간을 들어올림으로써 젓가락 머리쪽은 무거워서 내러가게 되므로 모두가 동일화되어 한번에 가지런히 할 수 있다.
4. 발명(고안)의 중요한 용도
특히 많은 젓가락을 사용해야 하는 식당에 있어서는 시간절약·노동적약 등 여러면에서 필요한 것으로, 단 한번에 뒤섞인 젓가락의 앞뒤를 골라서 정리까지 할 수 있는 기구로서 신속성과 편리성에 중점을 두는 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 기본틀(11)과 (12)가 겹친 상태에서 10개의 구멍 중 (5)와 (5')의 구멍을 겹쳐 맞은 편 구멍 사이에 막대(13)을 끼워 형성된 것이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기본틀(11)과 (12)가 분리됨과 동시에, 10개의 구멍을 서로 겹침으로써 크기를 조절할 수 있는 것이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기본틀(11)과 (12)의 10개의 구멍 중에서 여유구멍에 다른 막대를 끼움으로써 젓가락통으로 사용가능한 것이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
