Abstract
본 발명은 전원공급장치에서 이상전압 보호회로에 관한 것으로, 전원을 인가받아 1차측과 2차측 권수의 비에 따라 일정전압으로 변환시키는 트랜스와, 상기 트랜스의 전압변동을 감지하는 전원감지부와, 상기 전원감지부에서 출력된 전압과 설정된 기준전압을 비교하는 전원비교부와, 상기 전원비교부의 출력단에 접속되어 구동신호를 출력하는 드라이브구동부와, 상기 드라이브구동부로부터 출력된 신호에 의하여 부하단에 전원을 공급하는 전원구동부를 구비하는 전원공급장치에 있어서, 상기 트랜스의 2차측에 접속되어 부하의 전원전압모드를 감지하고 이에 따라 소정제어를 수행하는 마이컴과, 상기 마이컴의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 마이컴의 출력신호에 따라 스위칭 동작을 수행하는 릴레이와, 상기 릴레이의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 마이컴의 제어에 받아 상기 트랜스의 1차측에서 인가된 전압과 비교되는 기준전압을 부하모드에 따라 가변하여 상기 전원비교부에 출력하는 기준전압가변부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하여 전원공급장치의 부하모드를 판단하고 이에 따라 전원의 단락검출 방법을 구분하여 이상전압의 인가시 이를 차단시켜 전원공급장치의 안전성을 향상시키는 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 전원을 인가받아 1차측과 2차측 권수의 비에 따라 일정전압으로 변환시키는 트랜스(10)와, 상기 트랜스(10)의 1차측에 접속되어 상기 트랜스(10)의 전압변동을 감지하는 전원감지부(30)와, 상기 전원감지부(30)에서 출력된 전압과 설정된 기준전압을 비교하는 전원비교부(40)와, 상기 전원비교부(40)의 출력단에 접속되어 구동신호를 출력하는 드라이브구동부(50)와, 상기 드라이브구동부(50)로부터 출력된 신호에 의하여 부하단(100)에 전원을 공급하는 전원구동부(60)를 구비하는 전원공급장치에 있어서, 상기 트랜스(10)의 2차측에 접속되어 부하의 전원전압모드를 감지하고 이에 따라 소정제어를 수행하는 마이컴(70)과, 상기 마이컴(70)의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 마이컴(70)의 출력신호에 따라 스위칭 동작을 수행하는 릴레이(80)와, 상기 릴레이(80)의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 마이컴(70)의 제어에 받아 상기 트랜스(10)의 1차측에서 인가된 전압과 비교되는 기준전압을 부하모드에 따라 가변하여 상기 전원비교부(40)에 출력하는 기준전압가변부(90)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 이상전압 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압가변부(90)는 상기 릴레이(80)에서 신호를 받아 동작하는 스위치(SW1)에 상기 트랜스(10)의 1차측에서 검출된 직류전압과 비교되는 제1기준전압을 설정하는 제너다이오드(ZD1)가 접속되고, 상기 제너다이오드(ZD1)와 병렬로 상기 트랜스(10)의 1차측에서 검출된 직류전압과 비교되는 제2기준전압을 설정하는 다른 제너다이오드(ZD2)를 접속시켜 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 이상전압 보호회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
