Abstract

리드 프레임 스트립의 잼밍 감지장치를 개시한다. 이 감지장치는 프레임과, 이 프레임에 회동가능하게 설치된 제1부재와, 상기 프레임에 설치되어 상기 회동부재를 승강시키는 승강수단과, 상기 회동부재의 상부에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 그 단부에 푸쉬부가 마련된 제2부재와, 상기 제1부재와 제2부재 사이에 설치되어 상기 제1부재에 대해 제2부재를 회전에 따른 반력을 제공하는 탄성부재와, 상기 회전하는 제2부재의 단부와 대향되는 위치에 설치되어 상기 제2부재단부와의 접촉시 잼밍상태를 알리는 신호를 발생시키는 센서를 구비하여된 것에 그 특징이 있으며, 이는 리드 프레임 스트립의 배출에 따른 잼밍상태를 정확하게 파악할 수 있는 잇점을 가진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 프레임과, 이 프레임에 회동가능하게 설치된 제1부재와, 상기 프레임에 설치되어 상기 회동부재를 승강시키는 승강수단과, 상기 회동부재의 상부에 회전가능하게 설치되며 그 단부에 푸쉬부가 마련된 제2부재와, 상기 제1부재와 제2부재 사이에 설치되어 상기 제1부재에 대해 제2부재를 회전에 따른 반력을 제공하는 탄성부재와, 상기 회전되는 제2부재의 단부와 대향되는 위치에 실시되어 상기 제2부재 단부와의 접촉시 잼밍상태를 알리는 신호를 발생시키는 센서를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드 프레임 스트립의 잼밍 감지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재가 토오션 스프링으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리드 프레임 스트립의 잼밍 감지장치.
