Abstract
본 발명은 구조용 PE 나선관에 관한 것으로서 종래의 배수로관으로 널리 사용되는 합성수지제 나선관(1)은 구조상 나선권회하여 구성되어 있기 때문에 이의 보강을 위하여 여러가지 장치가 있었으나 지하에서 시공현장에 적용하기 위하여 구조가 간단하면서 외압강도, 파손강도가 좋은 배수로관을 요구하는 바, 이의 해결을 위하여 안출된 발명으로 보강부(2)(2′)의 상측부위에서 양측으로 돌출되는 경사보강대(4)(4′)를 접합대(3)에 일체로 융착시켜주되 보강부(2)(2′) 외측으로 보강리브(6)(6′)를 돌설시켜 경사보강대(4)(4′)와 일체로 융착시켜서 보강부(2)(2′) 양측부위에 대칭적으로 단면이 삼각형 모양의 중공 보강구(a)(b)가 구성되고 본 발명의 실시예로써 접합부(3)에 천공구(7)를 형성시켜 암거배수 관용으로 사용될 수 있도록 구성된 발명이며 또 외토압보강 및 파손강도 보강 및 수밀용 연결작업이 용이하게 제공되도록 보강대(12)를 나선권회로 일체화 시켜준 발명이며 이의 실시예로서 지지리브(10)(10′) 또는 ⊥형 보강리브(11)로 강화된 보강대(12)를 일체화시켜 외토압 및 파손강도 보강을 제고시킨 구조용 PE 나선관을 제공하는 발명이다.The present invention relates to a structural PE spiral pipe, a synthetic resin spiral pipe (1), which is widely used as a conventional drainage pipe, has various devices for its reinforcement because it is constructed by spiral winding in structure, but it is applied to a construction site underground.
