Abstract

본 발명은 뚜껑이 닫힌 상태에서는 분사노즐이 세탁조 중앙으로 이동하여 세탁용수를 세탁조 중앙에서 분사하고 뚜껑이 개방된 상태에서는 분사노즐이 세탁조 후면의 상부판 하부로 접혀 보관될 수 있는 세탁용수 순환 구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 강제배수구조를 갖는 종래의 1조식세탁기에 있어서, 배수펌프(5)에 저수조(1)에서 하부로 배출되는 세탁용수를 저수조(1) 상부를 귀환시키는 귀환호스(10), 배수펌프(5)에 귀환호스(10)와 배수호스(6)를 연결시키며 유로 변경역할을 하는 3-웨이밸브(16), 귀환호스(10)와 분사호스(17)를 유체적으로 결합하는 커플러(11)와 엘보우(12), 귀환되는 세탁용수를 저수조(1) 중앙으로 분사하는 분사노즐(18)이 형성된 분사호스(17), 상기 분사호스(17)의 일측단부에 결합되어 분사호스(18)를 회전시키는 종동축(14), 뚜껑힌지(20)의 회전력을 종동축(14)에 전달하는 구동축(13)과 2개의 베벨기어(15) 및 배수펌프(5)에서 토출되는 세탁용수의 유출방향을 제어하는 3-웨이밸브(16)로 구성된 세탁용수 순환구조를 취부시킴을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 강제배수구조를 갖는 종래의 1조식세탁기에 있어서, 배수펌프(5)에 저수조(1)에서 하부로 배출되는 세탁용수를 저수조(1) 상부를 귀환시키는 귀환호스(10), 배수펌프(5)에 귀환호스(10)와 배수호스(6)를 연결시키며 유로 변경 역할을 하는 3-웨이밸브(16), 귀환호스(10)와 분사호스(17)를 유체적으로 결합하는 커플러(11)와 엘보우(12), 귀환되는 세탁용수를 저수조(1) 중앙으로 분사하는 분사노즐(18)이 형성된 분사호스(17), 상기 분사호스(17)의 일측단부에 결합되어 분사호스(18)를 회전시키는 종동축(14), 뚜껑힌지(20)의 회전력을 종동축(14)에 전당하는 구동축(13)과 2개의 베벨기어(15) 및 배수펌프(5)에서 토출되는 세탁용수의 유출방향을 제어하는 3-웨이밸브(16)로 구성된 세탁용수 순환구조를 취부시킴을 특징으로 하는 순환수류세탁기.
