Abstract
본 발명은 한국산 독사의 한 종류(Agkistrodon caliginosus)인 불독사로부터 트롬빈 유사 효소인 칼로빈의 cDNA 및 그로부터 번역되는 칼로빈에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cDNA of a thrombin-like enzyme carbinin and a carlobine translated therefrom from a bulldog, a kind of Korean viper (Agkistrodon caliginosus).
밝혀진 유전자는 24개의 신호 펩타이드를 포함한 아미노산 배열 I을 갖는 단백질을 암호화 한다. 그의 암호화 사슬은 1598개의 뉴크레오타이드를 함유하며 이중 632개는 정지코돈 TGA 다음에 존재한다. 단백질을 암호화하는 부분은 786개의 염기로 구성되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 밝혀진 유전자는 불독사 독으로부터 정재된 칼로빈과 N-말단이 일치하였고 N-말단을 제외한 나머지 부분도 기존의 발표된 트롬빈 유사 단백질들(Ancrod, Batroxobin, Flavoxobin)과 아미노산 배열서 유사성이 있지만 그 정도는 70% 미만이었다.The found gene encodes a protein having amino acid sequence I comprising 24 signal peptides.
