사출성형된 프레임을 연신로드에 의하여 축방향으로 연신하고, 블로워 몰드내에서 소정형상을 가진 용기와 같은 중공제품내로 흡입성형하기 위하여, 사용된 후에 블로워 공기는 고압의 블로워 공기탱크로 부터 분리되게 설정된 저압의 작동공기 탱크에서 수집되어 회로의 선택기 밸브를 작동시키며, 수집된 공기는 공기 실린더에 의하여 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 작동유닛용 공기실린더의 작동공기로 사용된다. 압축기의 유용성을 증가시키기 위하여 사용된 블로워 공기를 수집함으로써, 압축공기에 요구되는 가격을 절감하고 배출소음을 감소시킨다.

연신흡입 성형기의 여러가지 구동유닛을 위한 공기 작동방법 및 시스템
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
도 1은 본 발명의 연신흡입 성형기의 공기 작동시스템의 실시예의 도면, 도 2는 본 발명에 의해 작동되는 여러가지 구동유닛을 구비한 연신흡입 성형기의 개략 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 연신로드에 의하여 사출성형된 프리폼을 축방향으로 연신시키고 블로워 몰드에서 고압공기를 블로윙시킴으로써 상기 브리폼을 팽창시켜서 중공의 제품을 소정의 형상으로 성형하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 공압적으로 작동하기 위한 공기작동 방법에 있어서, 상기 프리폼을 팽창하기 위한 고압 블로워 공기탱크와, 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 여러 가지 구동유닛을 작동하기 위한 작동공기 탱크 및, 2개의 탱크로 압축된 공기를 공급하기위한 압축기를 구비하는 단계와, 상기 여러 가지 구동유닛을 작동하기 위하여 공기를 소비하는 작동공기 탱크가 사용된 블로워 공기로 포화될 때까지 프리폼을 소정형상으로 팽창시키기 위하여 블로워 공기탱크로 부터 블로워 몰드로 공급된 이후에 사용된 블로워 공기를 수집하지만, 공기소비량과 수집된 공기사이의 차이로 인한 작동공기 감소는 상기 압축기로 부터 작동공기 탱크로 압축된 공기를 공급함으로써 보상되기 때문에 작동공기를 감소시키는 단계 및, 상기 사용된 블로워 공기를 작동공기로서 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 공압적으로 작동하기 위한 공기작동 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 여러 가지 구동유닛은 블로워 코어용 수직이동 유닛과, 연신로드용 연장유닛 및, 상기 작동공기 탱크에 수집된 사용 블로워 공기에 의하여 왕복운동하는 공기 실린더의 피스톤에 의해 각각 왕복운동하는블로워 코어용 고정유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 공압적으로 작동하기 위한 공기작동 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 여러 가지 구동유닛은 이송판용 위치선정 유닛과, 작동공기 탱크내에 수집된 사용 블로워 공기에 의하여 왕복운동하는 공기 실린더의 피스톤에 의해 각각 왕복운동하는 제품용 해제 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 공압적으로 작동하기 위한 공기작동 방법.
  4. 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 위한 공기 작동 시스템에 있어서, 상기 프리폼을 팽창하기 위한 블로워 몰드의 프리폼내로 고압공기를 분사하기 위한 블로워 코어와 선택기 밸브를 가진 블로워 공기회로에 의하여 소정량의 고압공기를 항상 저장하는 블로워 공기탱크를 연결하고, 선택기 밸브를 가진 배출회로를 상기 블로워 공기 회로의 블로워 코어측에 연결함으로써 구성되는 블로윙 유닛과; 프리폼의 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 여러 가지 구동유닛의 공기 실린더 유닛과 저압 작동공기 탱크를 압력감소 밸브와 선택기 밸브를 가진 작동공기 회로에 의하여 연결함으로써 구성되는 작동유닛과; 상기 블로워 공기로 부터 작동공기 탱크까지 작동공기로서 사용 블로워 공기를 수집하기위하여 상기 작동공기 탱크와 블로워 공기회로에 연결된 선택기 밸브를 가진 공기 수집회로 및; 회로에 설정된 압력감소 밸브에 의하여 압축 저압공기를 상기 작동공기 탱크로 공급하면서 압축된 고압공기를 블로워 공기탱크로 공급하기 위하여 상기 블로워 공기탱므와 작동 공기 탱크에 연결된 압축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 위한 공기 작동 시스템.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 작동공기 회로에 의하여 저압 작동공기 탱크에 연결된 여러 가지 구동유닛 각각은 블로워 공기보다 작은 공기압력의 작동공기에 의하여 왕복운동되는 실린더 유닛과, 각 공기 실린더 유닛용 선택기 밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 위한 공기 작동 시스템.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 여러 가지 구동유닛은 블로워 코어용 수직이동 유닛과 연신로드용 연장유닛 및, 작동공기 탱크에서 수집된 사용 블로워 공기에 의하여 왕복운동하는 공기 실린더의 피스톤에 의하여 각각 왕복운동하는 블로워 코어용 고정유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 위한 공기 작동 시스템.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서, 연신흡입 성형에 관계된 여러 가지 구동유닛은 이송판용 위치선정 유닛과, 작동공기 탱크내에 수집된 사용 블로워 공기에 의하여 왕복운동하는 공기 실린더의 피스톤에 의해 각각 왕복운동하는 제품용 해제유닛을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 연신흡입 성형기의 여러 가지 구동유닛을 위한 공기 작동 시스템.
