Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 유리를 벤딩 성형시 사용되는 로딩 시스템에 있어서 3축 및 5축 로보트를 이용하여 시스템을 자동으로 로딩시킬때 사용되는 로보트 핸드에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 핸드상에 카메라를 탑재하여 제품의 이상유무를 검사할 수 있게 한고 파레트에서 적재된 유리를 분리하고 유리의 전, 후면에서 흡착판으로 압착하여 제품을 이송 및 운반기능을 수행할 수 있게한 것으로 로보트 핸드에 프레임 좌, 위 양선단에 카메라를 탑재하여 자동차용 유리의 좌우측을 판별하여 유리떼기 격자 브라켓이 교차하면서 작업을 수행케 하고, 자동차요 유리의 전면에서 전면 흡착판이 압착하고 후면에서도 후면 흡착판의 작동하여 자동차용 유리를 완전히 압착하여 로보트의 작동으로 이송시킬 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리 로딩 시스템용 로보트 핸드

Claims (1)

  1. 로보트 핸드(R)에 프레임(1) 좌, 우 양선단에 카메라(2)(2')를 탑재하여 자동차용 유리(3)(3')의 좌우측을 판별하여 유리 떼기 격자 브라켓(4)(4')이 교차하면서 작업을 수행케하고, 자동차용 유리(3)의 전면에서 전면흡착판(5)(5')이 압착하고 후면에서도 후면 흡착판(6)(6')이 작동하여 자동차용 유리(3)를 완전히 압착하여 로보트의 작동으로 이송시킬 수 있게한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리 로딩 시스템용 로보트 핸드
