Claims (6)
- 고전압 트랜스(H.V.T)의 2차권선 어셈블리에 퓨즈 브라켓(10)을 부착하고, 그 퓨즈 브라켓(10) 내부에 적정온도 이상 감지시에 단선되는 써멀 퓨즈(11)를 내장하며, 그 써멀 퓨즈(11)를 일측 입력전원단자(1)와 고전압 트랜스(H.V.T) 1차권선(3)의 일측단자 사이에 연결시켜 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압트랜스의 온도상승 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고전압 트랜스(H.V.T)의 2차권선 어셈블리를 절연지(5a)로 감싸고, 그 절연지(5a)의 외측에 상기 퓨즈 브라켓(10)을 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압트랜스의 온도상승 방지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 퓨즈 브라켓(10)은 실리콘 테이프(13)를 사용하여 상기 절연지(5a)의 외측면에 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압트랜스의 온도상승 방지장치.
- 제1항에 상기 퓨즈 브라켓(10)에는 양측으로 관통되는 통공(10a)이 형성되고, 그 통공(10a) 내에 절연체를 개재하여 상기 써멀퓨즈(11)가 삽입 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압트랜스의 온도상승 방지장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 써멀퓨즈(11)와 퓨즈 브라켓(10)의 사이의 절연체는, 실리콘 튜브(12)인 특징으로 하는 고전압트랜스의 온도상승 방지장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 퓨즈 브라켓(10)은 알루미늄 브라켓인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압트랜스의 온도상승 방지장치.
