본 발명은 텔레비젼의 볼륨 자동조절 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 리모콘으로부터 송신되어진 적외선 및 초음파의 도달시간차를 계산하여 그에 따라 볼륨의 레벨을 자동으로 조정할 수 있는 텔레비젼의 볼륨 자동조절 장치에 관한 것으로, 일반적인 텔레비젼의 볼륨 자동 조정장치의 경우에 반사파를 이용함으로써, 시청자외에 다른 물체에 반사되어온 신호의 방해에 의해 볼륨조정의 정확도가 떨어지는 문제점이 있으며, 다수의 사람이 시청하고 있을 때에 거리차를 구할 경우 특정 시청자까지의 거리가 아닌 텔레비젼으로부터 가장 가까운 곳에 위치한 시청자까지만의 거리를 구하여 볼륨을 조정함으로써 텔레비젼으로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 시청자는 만족할 만한 음의 크기를 느끼지 못하는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 리모콘으로부터 송신되어진 적외선 및 초음파의 도달시간차를 계산하여 그에따라 볼륨의 레벨을 자동으로 조정함으로써, 거리감지기능이 작동된 후 시청자가 텔레비젼 앞에서 이동하게 되더라도 또다시 볼륨을 조정할 필요가 없는 한편 여러 사람이 텔레비젼을 시청하고 있는 경우에도 리모콘을 가지고 있는 특정시청자를 기준으로 거리가 측정되어 거리정도를 자유로이 할 수 있으며, 이로인해 시청자외에 다른 물체에 반사되어온 신호의 방해에 의한 볼륨조정의 정확도가 떨어지는 문제점을 해결하는 효과가 있게 된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
