본 발명은 TV의 전원스위치와 볼륨스위치를 일체로 한 일체형 전원스위치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 전원스위치 노브를 TV의 캐비넷에 설치하고 전원 스위치를 브라켓에 취부하여 캐비넷에 조립하며 볼륨스위치를 별도의 브라켓에 취부하여 노브를 조립하고 캐비넷에 취부하여 각 부품을 별도로 캐비넷에 조립하므로 많은 부품이 사용되며 공정의 다수로 인하여 품질관리에 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 문제점을 제거하기 위하여 한 개의 하우징에 전원스위치, LED 및 볼륨스위치를 결합하여 최소사이즈의 일체형 전원스위치를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
본 발명을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 하기에 설명한다.
제1도에는 본 발명의 전원스위치가 정면도로서 도시되는데, 하우징(1)의 중앙에는 전원스위치(2)가 설치되고 하우징(1)으로부터 수평으로 연장한 브라켓(3)의 양단에는 볼륨스위치(4) 및 (5)가 취부되어 볼륨노브(6) 및 (7)가 각각의 볼륨스위치(4) 및 (5)에 설치된다.
제2도를 참조하면 하우징(1)의 후방에는 전원스위치(2)가 위치되고 하우징(1)의 전방에는 전원스위치 노브(8)가 핀(9)을 중심으로 회전되게 위치된다.
제3도를 참조하면 전원스위치 노브(8)가 핀(9)에 회전가능하게 설치된 것이 도시되며 전원스위치 노브(8)의 하부는 코일 스프링(10)에 의해서 하우징(1)으로부터 밀쳐지게 된다. 또한 전원스위치 노브(8)의 중간 높이에 LED(11)가 삽입되어 전원스위치(2)의 작동을 표시하게 온 오프된다.
제4도를 참조하면 전원스위치 노브(2)의 측면에는 안내홈(12)이 형성되어 제3도에 도시된 하우징(1)의 핀(13)이 삽입되며 전원스위치 노브(2)가 눌려져 핀(9)을 중심으로 회전할 때 핀(13)이 전원스위치 노브(2)의 작동을 안내한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 전원스위치는 전원스위치 노브(8)를 작동시켜 전원스위치(2)를 온 오프시키며 볼륨노브(6) 및 (7)을 회전시켜 볼륨 스위치(4) 및 (5)를 조절할 수 있고 하나의 하우징(1)에 모든 부품을 조립하여 종래와 같이 복잡한 콘트롤부를 별도로 조립하지 않아도 되는 편리한 효과를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. TV에 설치되는 전원스위치에 있어서, 하우징(1)의 중앙에는 후방으로 전원스위치(2)가 위치되고 전방에는 전원스위치 노브(8)가 핀(9)을 중심으로 회전되게 위치되며 하우징(1)으로부터 수평으로 연장한 브라켓(3)의 양단에는 볼륨 스위치(4) 및 (5)가 취부되어 볼륨노브(6) 및 (7)이 각각의 볼륨스위치(4) 및 (5)에 설치되고 전원스위치 노브(8)의 하부는 코일 스프링(10)에 의해서 하우징(1)으로부터 밀쳐지게 되고 전원스위치 노브(2)의 측면에는 안내홈(12)이 형성되어 하우징(1)의 핀(13)이 삽입되어 전원스위치 노브(2)의 작동을 안내하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 전원스위치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전원스위치 노브(8)의 중간 높이에는 LED(11)가 삽입되어 전원스위치(2)의 작동을 표시하게 온 오프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 전원스위치.
