Abstract
본 발명은 PID 제어기의 이득 결정 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장치는 소정의 설정치를 입력하는 설정치 입력부와, 그 설정치 입력부로부터의 출력을 입력받아 PID 이득을 조절하기 위한 PID 제어기와, 이 PID 제어기에 의해 제어하기 위한 제어 대상 시스템과, 상기 설정치 입력부의 설정치와 제어 대상 시스템의 출력을 비교하여 제어 대상 시스템의 특성을 추출하기 위한 특성 추출부와, 그 특성 추출부로부터의 출력을 입력받아 상기 제어 대상 시스템의 이득 변화량을 결정하여 상기 PID 제어기에 전달하는 뉴럴 동조부를 구비하며, 학습이 된 뉴럴 네트워크를 이용하여 제어 대상 시스템의 제어 이득을 결정하게 되므로, 갑작스런 시스템 교란이나 시스템 파라미터의 변화에 강하고, 별도의 메모리나 마이크로프로세서를 사용하지 않고도 PID 자동 동조 제어기를 저렴한 비용으로 구현할 수 있는 장점이 있다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for determining a gain of a PID controller. It is equipped with a neural tuning unit, which uses the learned neural network to determine the control gain of the controlled system, which is resistant to sudden system disturbances or changes in system parameters, and automatically PID tuning without using a separate memory or microprocessor.
