본 발명은 LNG (액화 천연가스)를 가열하여 기화시키기 위한 LNG 가열용 탱크(11), LNG가 내부로 지나가며 상기 LNG 가열용 탱크(11)를 지나가는 전열관(12)의 출구쪽에 설치된 천연가스 팽창터빈(13), 그 내부에 전열관(18)이 설치되며 이 전열관(18)이 상기 LNG 가열용 탱크(11)에 연결되어 LNG 가열용 탱크(11)내의 물을 가열시키기 위한 응축기(9), 그 내부에 전열관(17)이 설치되며 상기 응축기(9)에서 응축된 물을 증발시키는 증발기(8), 상기 증발기(8)에 설치된 절연관(17)내의 냉각된 물과 LNG 복합 발전기(6)에서 나오는 가열된 냉각수를 서로 열교환시키는 복수기(7) 및 상기 천연가스 팽창터빈(13)에 의해 구동되며 상기 증발기(8)에서 나오는 증기를 압축시키기 위한 냉매압축터빈(10)으로 구성된 기화기로서, LNG 기화기의 열원으로 LNG 복합 발전의 냉각수를 사용하게 되며, 또한 본 발명에 의해 LNG를 기화시키고 냉각된 물을 LNG 복합 발전의 냉각수로 다시 사용하게 되므로, 해수에 의한 기화기의 부식문제와 바다의 냉해 및 해수 온도 상승을 방지하고 LNG 복합 발전의 종합효율과 기화기의 내구성을 높일 수 있는 LNG 복합 발전의 냉각수를 이용한 LNG 기화기이다.The present invention is an LNG heating tank 11 for heating and vaporizing LNG (liquefied natural gas), natural gas expansion installed at the outlet side of the heat pipe 12 passing the LNG passing through the LNG heating tank 11 Turbine 13, a heat transfer tube 18 is installed therein, the heat transfer tube 18 is connected to the LNG heating tank 11, the condenser 9 for heating the water in the LNG heating tank 11, A heat pipe 17 is installed inside the evaporator 8 for evaporating the water condensed in the condenser 9, and the LNG combined generator 6 with the cooled water in the insulated pipe 17 installed in the evaporator 8.
