본 발명은 글루타릴 7-아미노세팔로스포란산(GL 7-ACA) 아실레이즈를 생산하는 신규의 슈도모나스속의 세균 KAC-1(수탁번호 KCTC 8668P)에 관한 것이다. 신규의 GL 7-ACA 아실레이즈는 GL 7-ACA를 7-ACA로 전환시키는데 이용된다. 7-ACA는 세파로스포린계 항생제의 중간원료물질로 널리 쓰이고 있다.The present invention relates to a novel Pseudomonas bacterium KAC-1 (Accession No. KCTC 8668P) that produces glutaryl 7-aminocephalosporranic acid (GL 7-ACA) acylates.
