이상과 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 이음부 즉 용접부가 없이 심블 전체가 일체로 주조되서 취약한 부분이 없으므로 사용상 파손의 우려가 없을뿐 아니라 더욱이 보강부(4)가 있어서 강력한 압출력이나 견인력에 의해서도 파손되지 않으며 용접부가 없으므로 와이어를 손상시키거나 취급에 어려움이 없고 미관상으로도 외관이 용접부 없이 수려한 장점이 있으며 종래의 용접에 의한 심블에서의 강제를 절곡하여 용접하는 번거로운 공정이 불필요하고 한번의 주형으로 주조됨으로서 생산 공정이 간편함을 물론이고 규격의 균일화를 기할 수 있으면서 단시간에 균일 규격을 양산할 수가 있는 장점이 있으므로 품질관리 양산 및 원가 절감에 획기적인 공헌을 할 수 있는 심블이라고 할 수 있다.The present invention configured as described above has no vulnerable parts because the whole thimble is integrally cast without joints, that is, welds, and there is no fear of breakage in use, and furthermore, the reinforcement part 4 does not break even by strong extrusion force or traction force.
