Abstract

본 발명은 지프형 자동차의 후면부에 개폐 가능하게 취부되는 후문(tail gate)에 관한 것으로서, 후문의 강성이 향상되도록 하기 위해, 내측판넬(11)과 외측판넬(12)이 소정의 공간을 두고 폐단면으로 결합되고, 상기 외측판넬의 중앙부에 도어핸들(14)과 스페어타이어 캐리어용 스토퍼(15)가 취부되는 것에 있어서, 상기 내측판넬과 외측판넬의 상단부 사이에 다단으로 절곡 연장되는 보강판(18)의 상단부가 결합되고, 보강판(16)의 하단부가 도어핸들(14)이 취부되는 외측판넬(17)의내측면에 용착되며, 보강판(16)의 중간부가 외측판넬(12)에 관통되게 끼워지는 스토퍼(15)의 저면에 나사체결되도록 하여, 외측판넬(12)에서 응력이 집중되기 쉬운 부위의 강성이 향상되도록 하고, 외부에서 외측판넬(12)에 하중이 작용하면, 보강판(16)에 의해 응력이 분산되도록 하는 자동차 후문의 보강구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 내측판넬과 외측판넬이 소정의 공간을 두고 폐단면으로 결합되고, 상기 외측 판넬의 중앙부에 도어핸들과스페어타이어 캐리어용 스토퍼가 취부되는 것에 있어서, 상기 내측판넬과 외측판넬의 상단부 사이에 다단으로 절곡 연장되는 보강판의 상단부가 결합되고, 상기 보강판의 하단부가 도어핸들이 취부되는 외측판넬의 내측면에 용착되며, 상기 보강판의 중간부가 외측판넬에 관통되게 끼워지는 상기 스토퍼의 저면에 나사체결됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 후문의 보강구조.
