Claims (12)
- 유체 매질에 분산된 입자 현탁액의 주파수 의존 전기 이동도 결정 방법에 있어서, 입자를 가속시키기 위하여 현탁액에 각 주파수에서 음파를 발생시키도록 일정 범위 주파수의 교번 전기장을 인가하고, 각 주파수에서 전기 반응도를 일으키도록 일정 범위 주파수의 기계적 진동을 가하는 단계와, 예견되는 입자 크기 범위의 적정 범위로 일정 범위의 주파수를 스패닝하는 단계와, 인가되는 교번 전기장의 각 주파수에서 입자에 의해 발생된 반응 음파의 특성과 가해지는 기계적 진동의 각 주파수에서 입자에 의하여 발생된 전기 반응의 특성을 특성하는 단계와, 인가된 각 주파수에서 발생된 음파 및 전기 반응의 특성을 측정함으로써 입자의 주파수 의존 전기 이동도를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주파수 의존 전기 이동도로부터 현탁액의 입자의 크기와 전하량을 계산하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주파수 의존 전기 이동도가 교번 전기장을 현탁액에 인가시키는 단계와 반응 음파의 특성을 측정하는 단계에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주파수 의존 전기 이동도가 기계적 진동을 현탁액에 가하고 반응 전류를 측정함으로써 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주파수 의존 전기 이동도가 기계적 진동을 현탁액에 가하고 반응 전압을 측정함으로써 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인가된 전기장이 싸인 곡선이고 주파수 의존 전기 이동도의 크기와 위상이 인가된 전기장의 크기와 위상에 대한 반응 음파의 크기와 위상의 측정으로부터 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가해진 기계적 진동력이 싸인 곡선이고 주파수 의존 전기 이동도의 크기와 위상이 가해진 기계적 힘의 크기와 위상에 대한 반응 전류와 전압의 크기와 위상의 측정으로부터 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가해진 기계적 진동력이 싸인 곡선이고 주파수 의존 전기 이동도의 크기와 위상이 가해진 기계적 힘의 크기와 위상에 대한 반응 전류와 전압의 크기와 위상의 측정으로부터 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유체가 액체인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 유체 매질에 분산된 입자의 현탁액에 대한 주파수 의존 전기 이동도 결정 장치에 있어서, 현탁액내로 도입되어 현탁액의 일부가 그들 사이에 놓이게 되는 서로 이격된 한 쌍의 전극과, 입자를 가속시키기 위하여 현탁액에 인가되는, 예견된 입자 크기 범위의 적정 범위를 스패닝하는 일정 범위의 주파수에 걸쳐 전극 사이에서 교번 전기장 또는 기계적 진동을 발생시키는 전극에 접속된 전기장 또는 진동 발생 장치와, 각 주파수에서 전기장의 인가에 의하여 발생한 반응 음파의 특성과 기계적 진동력의 인가에 의하여 발생한 전극에서의 전기 반응도와 음압의 특성을 측정하기 위한 전극에 접속된 측정 장치와, 인가된 각 주파수에서 음파 또는 전기 반응도의 측정된 특성으로부터 주파수 의존 전기 이동도를 결정하기 위한 결정 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전기 이동도로부터 현탁액에서의 입자의 크기와 전하량을 계산하기 위한 계산 장치를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 현탁액을 수용하기 위한 쎌을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
