본 발명은 압출트레드 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 압출기에서 연속적으로 생산된 트레드가 이송되는 1차컨베어(11)와, 이 1차컨베어(11)를 통해 이송된 트레드의 길이를 감지하는 엔코더(12)의 신호를 받도록 설치된 피엘씨(13)의 신호에 의해 작동되도록 소정위치에 설치된 스카이버(14)로 절단된 트레드의 앞뒤간격을 띄어주기 위한 악셀레이팅컨베어(15), 이 악셀레이팅컨베어(15)를 지난 트레드의 중량을 측정하는 2차컨베어(16), 이 2차계중기(16)를 지나서 이송된 트레드를 적재위치로 이송시키는 2차계중기(17)로 이루어지되, 상기 스카이버(14)에 트레드길이를 측정한뒤 측정결과를 피이드백시켜 등록된 데이터와 비교하여 트레드를 자를 때 발생되는 오차를 보정케 함으로써 트레드의 길이를 정확하게 자를 수 있도록길이측정피이드백수단(1)이 연결설치된 구조로, 상기 스카이버(14)에 의해 절단된 트레드를 접촉하지 않고, 길이측정피이드백수단(1)의 길이측정부(1b)에 의해 자동으로 길이를 측정함으로써 수작업에 의한 측정오차를 배제함과 더불어 트레드표면의 손상 및 오염을 방지하고 측정정도를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 계측용피엘씨(1c)와 계측용컴퓨터(1d)및 키스위치(1e)에 의해 측정치의 피드백에 의한 자동제어로 트레드의 길이를 정확하게 절단할 수 있도록 되어 품질관리가 용이하도록 된 것이다.The present invention relates to an extrusion tread cutting device, the primary conveyor 11 to which the tread continuously produced in the extruder is conveyed, and the encoder 12 for sensing the length of the tread conveyed through the primary conveyor (11).
