Abstract

본 발명은 메밀을 0℃ 내지 40℃의 온도 조건하에서 뿌리길이가 0.01cm 이상 40cm까지, 바람직하게는 5cm 내지 20cm가 되도록 발아시켜 메밀중의 루틴 함량을 높이고, 이를 에틸알콜로 추출, 농축, 희석하여 음료용 메밀추출액을 제조하는 방법 및 이러한 방법으로 제조된 메밀추출액을 유효성분으로 하는 음료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 메밀을 0℃ 내지 40℃에서 뿌리 길이가 0.01mm 이상 40cm까지 발아시킨 다음 유효성분을 알콜로 추출하여 음료용 및 의약품용 메밀추출액을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 뿌리길이가 5cm 내지 20cm가 되도록 발아시킨 메밀을 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 메밀의 추출을 주정(에칠알콜)으로하여 농도별로 40 내지 150℃에서 24시간 내지 48시간 동안 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 메밀 추출액을 주성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 당류, 비타민, 방부제를 추가로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 음료 형태를 특징으로 하는 조성물.
