Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 독립된 기능을 각각 작동시키는 다수의 독립된 유체압력작동회로(A,B,C)에 유체압력공급펌프(10)가 솔레노이드 작동형 유량제어밸브(15)를 통하여 연결되는 차량용의 유체압력공급시스템이다. 검출기(25,26,27,30~35)가 각 회로의 현재작동상태와 유체압력공급상태를 검출하기 위하여 제공되고, 검출기로부터의 신호를 수신하는 전기제어유니트(28) 수단이 각 회로를 관련기능을 작동시키는데 요구되는 최소압력레벨로 유지하기 위하여 유효펌프 흐름을 적당한 회로로 향하도록 제어밸브를 작동시킨다.

Claims (11)

  1. 차량유체압력공급시스템에 있어서, 이 시스템이 각각 차량의 독립된 기능이 이루어지도록 하는 다수의 독립된 유체압력작동회로에 솔레노이드 작동형 유량제어밸브수단을 통하여 연결된 유체압력공급펌프, 각 회로의 현재작동상태와 유체압력공급상태를 검출하기 위한 수단과, 검출수단으로부터의 신호를 수신하여 각 회로에서 관련된 기능이 이루어지도록 하는데 요구된 적어도 최소압력레벨을 유지하도록 유효펌프흐름이 적당한 회회로 향하도록 제어밸브수단을 작동시키는 전기 제어수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유체압력공급시스템.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 전기제어수단이 관련차량의 작동필메타를 나타내는 압력을 수심함을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 각 회로의 유체압력레벨이 상기 최소압력레벨과 만충전상태인 사전에 결정된 최대압력레벨사이로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 펌프가 전기모우터로 구동되고 회로가 만충전되었을 때에 전류와 전력을 절약도록 스위치-오프됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  5. 청구범위 1~4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기제어수단이 각 회로의 현재작동상태에 따라서 변호할 수 있는 메모리된 할당회로우선권에 따라서 회로를 유체에 분배함을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  6. 청구범위 1~5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 시스템요구가 펌프가 각 회로의 최소압력을 유지할 수 없을 정도로 위험한 사전에 결정된 비상레벨에 이르렀을 때에 경보장치가 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  7. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 사전에 결정된 비상요구레벨에 이르렀을 때에 비상회로공급우선권이 각 회로의 현재작동상태에 따라서 할당됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  8. 청구범위 1~7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회로에 대한 흐름이 높은 요구시기에 유체보충을 요구하는 각 주어진 회로가 주어진 회로를 만충전토록 펌프에 의하여 요구된 시간중 사전에 결정된 부분시간동안 펌프에 연결되는 “펌프연결시간” 개념으로 할당됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  9. 청구범위 1~8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어밸브수단이 직선형의 솔레노이드 작동형 제어밸브로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  10. 청구범위 1~8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어밸브사단이 밸브의 둘레에 포트가 방사상으로 배치된 회전형의 솔레노이드 작동형 제어밸브로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공급시스템.
  11. 본문에 상술하고 예시한 바와 같이 구성된 차량 유체압력공급시스템.
