Abstract

본 발명은 인쇄회로기판(2)의 한 단부부분을 따라 횡렬로 배설된 접촉표면(2b)과 다수회로기판을 위한 매거진(3)의 면(3a)내에 횡렬로 배설된 각 접촉 핑거(3c) 사이에 기계적 전기적 접속을 이루기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
접촉표면(2b)의 횡렬은 접촉핑거(3c)에 바로 인접하게 위치되고, 접촉핑거를 접촉표면과 협력하는 위치내로 이동시키기 위하여 방향(P)으로 이동하는 세장된 장치(4)에 의해 접촉된 핑거들은 각 접촉표면(2b)과 전기적으로 기계적 접촉이 되도록 이동된다. 세장된 장치(4)는 접촉표면(2b)의 횡렬과 평행하게 높이는 방향(P)으로 매거진내측으로 삽입되게 된다. 세장된 장치(4)의 단부부분(4a)은 세장된 장치가 이동하면 각 접촉핑거(3c)를 대응 접촉표면(2b)과 접촉되게 이동시키는 기능을 하고, 또한 각 접촉핑거(3c)는 적절한 압력으로 세장된 장치의 잔여부분(4b)에 의해 접촉표면(2b)에 대해 가압되게 유지된다.

제1도는 다수의 인쇄회로기판을 수용하고 또한 매거진내에 삽입되었지만 매거진 수반 접촉핑거와 기계적 전기적 접촉이 되어 있지 않은 인쇄회로기판을 보여주는 매거진의 투시도,
제2도는 매거진의 하부평면과 본 발명의 원리를 설명하는 절단면도,
제3도는 전기적 접속장치의 상단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 인쇄회로기판(20의 한 단부부분을 따라 배설된 접촉표면의 횡렬내 각 접촉표면(2b)이 다수의 회로기판을 수용하도록 된 매거진(3)의 면(3a) 내에 배설된 접촉핑거의 횡렬(3b)의 각 접촉핑거와 기계적 전기적 접속을 할 수 있고, 접촉표면(2b)이 접촉 핑거 (3c)에 바로 인접하게 향하게 될 수 있고, 각 접촉 표면(2b)과의 전기적 기계적 접촉이 되도록 각 접촉핑거를 이동시키는 것은 방향(P)으로 이동할 때 모든 접촉핑거들을 협력위치로 이동시키는 세장된 장치(4)의 도움으로 이루어지는 전기적 접속장치(1)에 있어서, 세장된 장치(4)는 접촉표면(2b)의 횡렬과 평행하게 놓이는 방향(P)으로 매거진 내측으로 삽입되게 되고;세장된 장치(4)는 세장된 장치(4)가 이동할 때 각 접촉핑거(3c)가 대응 접촉표면(2b)과 결합되게 내측으로 이동시키는 기능을 하는 단부부분(4a)을 가지고; 또하나 세장된 장치의 잔여부분(4b)은 적절한 입력으로 각 접촉핑거(3c)를 접촉 표면(2b)에 대해 가압되게 유지하는 기능을 하는 것이 특징인 전기적 접속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 핑거에 인접하게 착설되고 또한 세장된 장치(4)와의 협력을 유도하기 위한 유도채널(6)을 포함하는 기부 또는 블록(5)이 특정인 전기적 접속장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다수의 접촉핑거중에서 제1접촉핑거(3c1)는 접지전위에 접속되고 또한 하나 또는 그 이상의 후속핑거(3c2,3c3)들은 하나 또는 그 이상의 공급전압에 접속되는 것이 특징인 전기적 접속장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 선택된 공급전압이 증가하는 전압단계에 의해 인가되는 것이 특징인 전기적 접속장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 회로기판은 한 접촉표면의 대향표면상의 단부부분을 포함하고, 또한 접촉핑거의 한 횡렬이 상기 단부부분의 각 측면상에 위치되는 것이 특징인 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 접촉핑거쌍들의 동시 활성화를 위해 매거진 내측으로 삽입되게 되는 U-형 세장장치(40)가 특징인 전기적 접속 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 회로기판에는 그의 두 또는 세 단부부분상에 하나 또는 두 횡렬의 접촉표면들이 제공되는 것이 특징인 전기적 접속장치.
  8. 제1항또는 제5항에 있어서, 한 개, 두 개 또는 세 단부부분에는 두 개 또는 그 이상 횡렬의 접촉표면들이 제공되는 것이 특징인 전기적 접속장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 몇몇 접촉핑거들은 제1정상공급전압에 접속되는 반면 다른 접촉핑거들은 제1정상공급전압과는 다른 하나 또는 그 이상의 제2정상공급 전압에 접속되는 것이 특징인 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입방향에서 볼 때 마지막 접촉핑거 또는 마지막 접촉핑거들은 기판-착설기능들을 활성화 시키는 회로에 접속되는 것이 특징인 전기적 접속장치.
