Abstract

이 부스트식 제동장치는 마스터 실린더(2)와 연결된 공기압 브레이크 부스터(1)로 이루어져 있고 이 부스터는 결합된 반작용 원리에 따라 작업하고 로드(8)에 의해서 작동된 제어밸브(7)를 진행시키는 이동가능한 공기압 피스톤(5)와 압력차의 효과하에서 이동할 수 있고 부스트력을 발달시키는 칸막이(4)로 이루어져 있다. 이동가능한 벽(4)는 마스터 실린더에 초기에 작용시키기 위하여 공기압 피스톤(5)에 대하여 미끄럼 가능하게 장착되어 있고 자유로운 초기 왕복운동후 마스터 실린더에 직접 작용한다. 본 발명 장치는 유압회로의 감퇴의 경우에 부스터의 이득을 변화시키지 않으며 제어로드의 왕복운동의 작은 값에 대하여 보다 큰 제동력을 허용한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 주유압피스톤(11)에 작동력을 가하기 위하여 한편으로는, 브레이크액으로 채워지고 축선방향으로 작용하는 입력힘과 부스트력으로 구성된 작동력을 수용하도록 된 주유압 피스톤이 장착된 마스터 실린더(2)와, 다른 한편으로는, 밸브(7)의 개방을 제어하는 제어로드(8)에 상기 입력힘을 적용함으로써 작동될 수 있는 공기압부스터(1)로 이루어져 있으며 상기 부스터는 밸브를 개방시킴으로써 2개의 챔버사이에서 성립되는 압력차의 효과하에서 상기 밸브를 진행시키는 공기압 피스톤(5)과 동일한 방향으로 이동할 수 있고 또한 케이싱에 대하여 이동할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 이동가능한 칸막이(4)에 의해서 2개의 챔버(3a,3b)내로 기밀적으로 분리된 강성 케이싱(3)으로 이루어져 있고 상기 입력힘은 상기 공기압 피스톤이 또한 부스트력의 적어도 일부분을 공기압 피스톤에 공급하기 위해여 지탱하는 중에 반작용 디스크를 경유하여 전달되어지는 자동차용 부스트식 제동장치에 있어서, 이동가능한 칸막이(4)는 이것이 공기압 피스톤(5)에 대하여 자유롭게 미끄러질 수 있도록 장착되어 있고, 마스터 실린더의 주유압피스톤은 이동가능한 칸막이에 체결된 마스터 실린더와 연통하는 중공의 이동가능한 실린더(13)와, 기밀적으로 축선방향으로 반작용 디스크로부터 나타나는 적어도 상기 입력힘을 수용할 수 있는 제2유압피스톤(14)이 미끄러지는 내부를 포함하고 있고, 그리고 공기압 피스톤(5)에 대하여 이동가능한 칸막이(4)의 자유로운 미끄러짐은 이동가능한 실린더(13)에 의해서 동일한 방향으로 구동되어 있는 제2유압피스톤(14)에 의해서 마스터 실린더 쪽으로 이 칸막이의 이동을 위하여 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이동가능한 실린더(13)는 제2유압피스톤(14)을 구동시키기 위하여 제2유압피스톤과 상호작용할 수 있는 내부정지부를 나타내고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
