Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 一方において、ブレーキ流体を満たされ、共に軸線方向に作用する入力とブ ースト力とから成る駆動力を受けるようになっている主流体ピストン(30)を 備えたマスターシリンダ(200)と、他方において、三方弁(24)の開放を 制御するプランジャ(28)に固着された作動ロッド(26)に入力を加えるこ とにより作動されて主流体ピストン(30)に駆動力を発揮できる空気圧ブース タ(100)とを包含し、ブースタが、少なくとも1つの可動隔壁(16)によ って少なくとも2つの室(12,14)に密封態様で区分された剛性ケーシング (10)を包含し、可動隔壁が、三方弁(24)の開放により生じる2つの室( 12,14)の圧力差を介して作用され、三方弁(24)を支持しブースト力を 少なくとも伝達できケーシング(10)に対して移動可能な空気圧ピストン(2 2)を駆動でき、マスターシリンダ(200)の主流体ピストン(30)自体が 、ブースト力の少なくとも一部を受けマスターシリンダの内部容積室(V)に連 通する中空可動シリンダ(32)を含み、この可動シリンダ内では、少なくとも 入力を受け得る反動ピストン(34)が密封態様で軸線方向に摺動し、第1弾性 装置(46)が反動ピストン(34)と可動シリンダ(32)との間で反動ピス トン(34)をマスターシリンダ(200)の方向に押圧する第1弾性力を発揮 し、少なくとも1つの開口(36)が可動シリンダ(32)に形成されてこの可 動シリンダの内部(35)をマスターシリンダの内部容積室(V)に連通し、反 動ピストン(34)が、通常開放しているがマスターシリンダの内部容積室(V )と可動シリンダ(32)の内部(35)との連通を遮断できる二方弁装置(9 4,95)を含み、反動ピストン(34)が複合体であり、休止位置では第1弾 性装置(46)の作用のもとで可動シリンダ(32)に対して当接する第1部分 (50)と、この第1部分(50)に対して摺動できる第2部分(52)とを包 含し、第2弾性装置(92)が、休止位置では第2部分(52)を第1部分(5 0)に対して当接せしめるように第2弾性力を後方に向けて第2部分(52)に 発揮し、第2部分(52)が第1部分(50)内を密封態様で摺動でき、第3ピ ストン(82)が可動シリンダ(32)内を密封態様で摺動でき、第3弾性装 置(86)によって後方へ押圧されて休止位置では第1部分(50)に当接し、 第2弾性装置(92)が第2部分(52)と第3ピストン(82)との間に配設 され、第3ピストン(82)が、可動シリンダ(32)の内部(35)をマスタ ーシリンダ(200)の内部容積室に連通させる中央開口(90)を形成され、 二方弁装置(94,95)が、第2部分(52)又は第3ピストン(82)に配 設されたシート(94)で構成されるようにした自動車用ブースト式ブレーキ装 置において、第3ピストン(82)が段付けられ、可動シリンダ(32)の段付 孔(84,85)内を密封態様で摺動し、段付孔の前方部分(84)の径がこの 孔の後方部分(85)の径よりも小さいことを特徴とするブースト式ブレーキ装 置。 2 請求項1記載のブレーキ装置において、マスターシリンダ(200)の内部 容積室(V)内のブレーキ流体の圧力が、二方弁装置(94,95)の開放時に は中空可動シリンダ(32)の第1断面積(S)に加えられ、二方弁装置(94 ,95)の閉鎖時には第1断面積(S)よりも小さい反動ピストン(34)の第 2断面積(S2)に加えられることを特徴とするブースト式ブレーキ装置。 3 請求項1記載のブレーキ装置において、プランジャ(28)が、可動隔壁( 16)とプランジャ(28)との相対移動の際に二方弁装置(94,95)を閉 鎖方向に駆動するプッシュロッド(42)に固着されていることを特徴とするブ ースト式ブレーキ装置。 4 請求項1記載のブレーキ装置において、第3ピストン(82)及び段付孔( 84,85)が、一定の圧力を受ける容積室(91)を画成することを特徴とす るブースト式ブレーキ装置。 5 請求項4記載のブレーキ装置において、第3ピストン(82)及び段付孔( 84,85)により画成された容積室(91)が、低圧のブレーキ流体リザーバ に常時接続されていることを特徴とするブースト式ブレーキ装置。 6 請求項1記載のブレーキ装置において、第3ピストン(82)及び段付孔( 84,85)が、圧縮性流体で満たされる容積室(91)を画成することを特徴 とするブースト式ブレーキ装置。
