Abstract

3성분 생분해성 연화제 조성물로 처리될 경우 중진된 부드러운 감촉을 갖는 티슈 페이퍼, 특히 패턴 밀집화된 티슈 페이퍼를 개시한다. 이들 3성분 연화제 조성물은 비이온성 연화제, 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제 및 폴리히드록시 화합물을 포함한다. 비이온성 연화제 대 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제의 중량비는 전형적인 약 10:1 내지 1:10이다. 비이온성 연화제 대 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 중량비는 전형적으로 약 10:1 내지 1:10이다. 3성분 생분해성 연화제는 전형적으로 수성 분산액으로부터 건조 티슈 페이머 웹의 하나이상의 표면에 적용된다.

3성분 생분해성 연화제 조성물에 의한 티슈 페이퍼의 처리 방법(PROCESS FOR TREATING TISSUE PAPER WITH TRI-COMPONENT BIODEGRADABLE SOFTENER COMPOSITION)

제1도는 븐 발명에 따른 티슈 웹을 연화시키는 방법의 바람직한 태양을 예시하는 개략도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a)바람직하게는 소르비탄 일-, 이-, 삼에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 비이온성 연화제; (b)바람직하게는 에톡실화 소르비탄 에스테르, 프로폭실화 소르비탄 에스테르, 알킬폴리글리코사이드 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제; 및 (c)바람직하게는 글리세롤, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 폴리히드록시 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하는 3성분 생분해성 연화제 조성물을 건조 티슈 페이퍼 웹의 하나이상의 표면에 건조 티슈 페이퍼 웹의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 3％. 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 0.8％의 양으로 적용시키는 방식으로 처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하는, 티슈 페이퍼 웹을 연화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 연화제 대 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제의 중량비가 10:1 내지 1:10이고, 상기 비이온성 연화제 대 폴리히드록시 화합물의 중량비가 10:1내지 1:10인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 연화제를 48℃ 이상에서 상기 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제와 혼합시킨 후 상기 폴리히드록시 화합물과 혼합시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 연화제, 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제 및 폴리히드록시 화합물의 혼합물을 바람직하게는 48℃ 이상으로 가열한 수성 매질에 분산시킨 후, 건조 티슈 페이퍼 웹의 하나이상의 표면상에 적용시키고, 상기 비이온성 연화제, 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제 및 폴리히드록시 화합물의 혼합물을 바람직하게는 상기 수성 매질에 적절하게 혼합시키면서 서서히 첨가하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 연화제의 평균 입경이 10 내지 200마이크론, 바람직하게는 30 내지 100마이크론인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 티슈 페이퍼 웹의 수분 함량이 10％ 이하이고, 바람직하게는 인쇄에 의해, 연화제 액적의 패턴으로 상기 연화제를 상기 하나이상의 표면상에 불균일하게 적용시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 재6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 티슈 페이퍼 웹을 크레이핑(creping)시킨 후 캘렌더링(calendering)시키는 것과 동시에 또는 그 전에, 상기 연화제를 상기 하나이상의 표면상에 적용시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 티슈 페이퍼 웹이 6％ 이하의 수분 함량, 10g/㎡ 내지 65g/㎡의 기본중량 및 0.6g/㎤ 이하의 밀도를 갖는 패턴 밀집화된 티슈 페이퍼인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 연화제가 바람직하게는 소르비탄 라우레이트, 소르비탄 미리스테이트, 소르비탄 팔미테이트, 소르비탄 스테아레이트, 소르비탄 베헤네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 C12내지 C22지방산의 소르비탄 에스테르이고, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제 상용화제가 바람직하게는 에톡실화 소르비탄 라우레이트, 에톡실화 소르비탄 미리스테이트, 에톡실화 소르비탄 팔미테이트, 에톡실화 소르비탄 스테아레이트, 에톡실화 소르비탄 베헤네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로부더 선택된, 평균 에톡실화도가 1 내지 2O인 C12내지 C22지방산의 에톡실화 소르비탄 에스테르이고, 상기 에톡실화 소르비탄 에스테르가 바람직하게는 2 내지 10, 가장 바람직하게는 2 내지 6의 에톡실화도를 갖는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록시 화합물이 중량평균 분자량 200 내지 4000, 바람직하게는 200 내지 600의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 방법.
