Abstract
본 발명은 데이타 패킷의 입력 스트림(TS1)으로 부터 패킷의 출력 스트림(TS)으로 데이타 패킷(P11,P12,P13)을 전송하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 다수의 전송 스트림(TS1,TS2)가 멀티플렉싱될 때, 패킷 지터는 디코더 버퍼가 오버플로우 또는 언더플로우할 수 있는 범위까지 도입될 수 있다. 이것은 타임 윈도우(LTW)와 데이타 패킷을 관련시키고 상기 윈도우내의 상기 데이타 패킷의 위치에 대한 패킷내의 위치 정보(31-36)를 제공함으로써 방지된다.

Claims (7)
- 데이타 패킷의 입력 스트림(TS1)으로 부터 데이타 패킷의 출력 스트림(TS)으로 데이타 패킷(P11,P12,P13)을 전송하는 방법에 있어서, 데이타 패킷의 타임 윈도우(LTW)에 관련되고 상기 윈도우내의 상기 데이타패킷의 위치에 대한 위치 정보(31-36)를 패킷내에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 패킷 전송 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보는 상기 데이타 패킷내에 포함된 파라미터(LTWoffs)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 패킷 전송 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보는 동일의 기본 스트림으로 부터 연속의 데이타 패킷에 관련된 타임 윈도우간의 거리를 나타내는 또다른 파라미터(DIST)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 패킷 전송 방법.
- 데이타 패킷의 입력 스트림(ES1;TS1)으로 부터 데이타 패킷의 출력 스트림(TS1;TS)으로 데이타 패킷을 전송하는 장치(100;300)에 있어서, 데이타 패킷에 타임 윈도우(LTW)를 관련시키고 상기 윈도우내의 상기 데이타 패킷의 위치에 대한 위치 정보(31,33,35;32,34,36)를 패킷내에 제공하는 수단(120;320)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 패킷 전송 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보는 상기 데이타 패킷내에 포함된 파라미터(LTWoffs)의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 패킷 전송 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보는 동일의 기본 스트림으로 부터 연속의 데이타 패킷에 관련된 타임 윈도우간의 거리를 나타내는 또다른 파라미터(DIST)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 패킷 전송 장치.
- 데이타 패킷의 스트림(TS1,TS) 형태의 디지탈 정보신호에 있어서, 타임 윈도우(LTW)는 패킷에 관련되고 상기 패킷은 상기 윈도우내의 상기 데이타 패킷 위치에 대한 위치 정보(31,33,35;32,34,36)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 정보 신호.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
