Abstract

재조합 EBV-gp 125 단백질은 EBV VCA-IgG 및 VCA-IgM 항체의 정량 검출을 위한 elisa와 같은 분석에서 이것의 사용을 가능하게 하는 충분한 양과 순도로 baculovirus 발현 시스템에서 만들어진다. 재조합 gp 125 단백질은 EBV-감염 사람 세포 라인으로부터 분리된 EBV-gp 125 바이러스의 캡시드 항원의 크기와 유사하고 VCA-Ig 항체에 대한 면역학적 분석에서 유사한 민감성 및 특이성을 갖는다.

Claims (8)

  1. EBV VCA 항체에 대한 면역분석에서 도움이 되는 충분한 선택성과 민감성을 갖는 정제된 재조합 EBV-gp 125 단백질.
  2. baculovirus 발현 시스템을 이용하여 만들어진 정제된 재조합 EBV-gp 125 단백질.
  3. baculovirus 발현 시스템을 재조합 EBB-gp 125 단백질을 제조 및 결과 산물의 친화성 크로마토그래피에 의한 정제 단계로 이루어진 정제된 EBV-gp 125 단백질의 제조방법.
  4. 재조합 EBV-gp 단백질-결합 항체가 환자의 혈청 샘플에 존재하는지를 결정하는 것으로 이루어진, 환자에서 현재 또는 과거의 EBV 감염의 진단방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 결정 단계가 효소-결합 분석으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 효소-결합 분석이 ELISA로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결정 단계가 면역형광 분석으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 지지대에 부착된 재조합 EBV-gp 125 단백질로 이루어진, 환자에서 현재 또는 과거 EBV 감염의 혈청학적 진단을 수행하기 위한 장치.
