Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 섬유, 흑연 입자, 강화 섬유 및 미세 유리 섬유로부터 제조된 습식 적층 시트 재료에 관한 것이다. 이 시트 재료는 압축 성형된 복합 플래크를 제조하는데 유용하며, 상기 플래크는 열 및 전기 전도성이 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a)열가소성 섬유 또는 소구 또는 이들 모두, (b)흑연 입자 20~70중량%, (c)강화 섬유 5~20중량% 및 (d)미세 유리 섬유 0.5~3중량% 또는 동량의 유기 또는 무기 극미세섬유 재료를 함유하며, 상기 중량%가 단지 성분(a),(b),(c) 및 (d)이 총 중량을 기준으로 한 것이고 성분(a)의 중량%가 성분(a),(b),(c)및 (d)를 합친 중량%가 전체 100중량%가 되기에 충분한 것인 것이 특징인 습색 적층 시트 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프날레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 액정 폴리머, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르케톤케톤 및 그들의 혼합물로 이우어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 흑연 입자가 -35 틸러 메쉬이고 천연 흑연 입자 및 합성 흑연 입자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 흑연 입자가 2500℃이상에서 흑연화된 희석 석유 코크 입자인 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  6. 제6항에 있어서, 흑연화가 3000℃에서 일어나는 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)인 강화 섬유가 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 금속 섬유, 폴리아라미드 섬유, 탄소위스커 및 금속 위스커로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)인 강화 섬유가 긴 E유리 섬유인 것이 특징인 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  9. (a)성분 (a),(b),(c) 및 (d)의 분산 수용액을 제조하고 (b)상기 분산 수용액을 다공성 기질에 가하여 습식 적층 시트를 제조하고 (c)상기 습식 적층 시트를 충분히 고온에서 충분히 긴 시간 동안 가열하여 열 가소성 섬유 성분을 용융시키는 것으로 이루어진 방법에 의해 제조된 제1항의 습식 적층 시트 재료.
  10. 제1항의 습식 적층 시트 재료를 적층시켜 제조된 압축 성형된 복합 재료.
  11. 냉각용 방열기용, 전지 접지용, 정전 방전용, 전자기 방사선 반사용, 전기 측정 장치용 및 전자기 간섭/무선 주파수 간섭 차폐용에 사용하기 위한 제1하의 습식 적층 시트 재료.
