Abstract
본 발명은 새도우마스크의 열이 바이메탈에 직접전달되게 한 음극선관의 새도우마스크 열변형보상방법 및 이에 따른 새도우마스크-프레임조립체가 개시된다.The present invention discloses a shadow mask heat distortion compensation method of a cathode ray tube in which heat of a shadow mask is directly transferred to a bimetal, and a shadow mask-frame assembly accordingly.
새도우마스크와 프레임사이에 바이메탈을 개재시키므로써 그 새도우마스크의 열을 직접 전달받아 그 새도우마스크의 슬릿홀들을 본래의 소정의 전자빔의 입사각선상에 위치시킴과 동시에 그 새도우마스크에 국부적인 도밍을 제거시킬 텐션을 가하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이 열변형보상 방법은, 고팽창부와 저팽창부를 지닌 바이메탈을 구비하여 프레임 양 장변수직부에 바이메탈의 고팽창부가 돌출되게 부착되며, 새도우마스크의 스커트 부에 바이메탈의 저팽창부가 부착되는 새도우마스크-프레임조립체에 의해 실현된다.By placing a bimetal between the shadow mask and the frame, heat is transferred directly from the shadow mask to position the slit holes of the shadow mask on the angle of incidence of the original predetermined electron beam, while at the same time eliminating local doming of the shadow mask.
