Abstract

본 발명은 전자빔의 충돌에 의한 섀도우마스크의 열팽창으로 발생되는 도밍(Doming)현상을 보상하여, 도밍 안정시간을 단축시켜주는 동시에 전자빔의 랜딩(Landing)이 정확히 이루어지도록 하여주는 칼라음극선관의 섀도우마스크 지지구조에 관한 것으로, 각 모서리에 홈부가 형성되는 섀도우마스크와, 상기 섀도우마스크의 외주변에 용착되어 상기 홈부를 통하여 각 모서리부가 돌출되는 사각형상의 철심과, 상기 철심의 각 모서리부에 일측이 각각 용착되는 바이메탈과, 상이 바이메탈의 타측에 내측면이 용착되어 상기 섀도우마스크를 지지하여주는 프레임 및, 상기 프레임의 자외측면에 일측이 용착되어 타측에 형성된 구멍이 판넬에 고정된 스터드에 끼워져 지지되는 판스프링으로 구성되는 칼라음극선관의 섀도우마스크 지지구조이다.The present invention compensates the doming phenomenon caused by thermal expansion of the shadow mask due to the collision of the electron beam, shortens the doming settling time and at the same time makes the landing of the electron beam accurately.
