Abstract

본 발명은 자동 트레이 체인저의 컨베이어 장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은, 자동 트레이 체인저의 배면상측에 마련되는 베이스판과; 베이스판의 상부에 위치되며 서로 대면하도록 설치되는 프레임과; 서로 대면하는 프레임 사이에 동일 평면을 이루도록 위치되어 구동모터와 다수의 풀리에 의해 이송되며, 그 상면이 피가공물이 안착되어 이송되는 벨트와; 프레임에 그 일단이 고정되고 그타단이 벨트의 하부를 지지하는 지지판과;를 각각 구비하는 공급라인과 배출라인으로 이루어진 것으로서, 피가공물을 가공실로의 안내와 배출실측을 향한 안내가 매우 용이하여, 자동 트레이 체인저 뿐만 아니라 각종 자동화 기기에 적용이 용이한 이점이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동 트레이 체인저의 투입실을 통해 투입된 피가공물을 가공실로 안내하고, 가공이 완료된 피가공물을 배출실로 안내하는 컨베이어 장치에 있어서, 상기 자동 트레이 체인저(10)의 배면상측에 마련되는 베이스판(130)과; 상기 베이스판(130)의 상부에 위치되며 서로 대면하도록 설치되는 프레임(111,121)과; 상기 서로 대면하는 프레임(111,121) 사이에 동일 평면을 이루도록 위치되어 구동모터와 다수의 풀리(114,124)에 의해 이송되며, 그 상면에 피가공물(W)이 안착되어 이송되는 벨트(112,122)와; 상기 프레임(111,121)에 그 일단이 고정되고 그 타단이 상기 벨트(112,122)의 하부를 지지하는 지지판(113,123)과;를 각각 구비하는 공급라인(110)과 배출라인(120)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 트레이 체인저용 컨베이어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급라인(110)과 배출라인(120)의 각각의 소정위치에는 피가공물(W)의 위치를 감지하는 한쌍의 감지센서(115,125)가 장착되는 자동 트레이 체인저용 컨베이어 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출라인(120)측의 감지센서(115,125)와 인접된 부위에는 경사면(126a)을 갖는 한쌍의 스톱퍼(126)가 더 장착되고, 상기 경사면(126a)은 피가공물(W)의 배출방향에 형성되어 피가공물(W)의 진행을 규제하도록 된 자동 트레이 체인저용 컨베이어 장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급라인(110)과 배출라인(120) 각각에는 벨트(112,122)의 상측에 피가공물(W)의 외측면이 지지된 채 안내 이송되도록 가이드 레일(117,127)이 더 구비된 자동 트레이 체인저용 컨베이어 장치.
