Abstract
본 발명은 컴퓨터가 절전상태로 되어 있을 경우(AC Power Off)에 외부 입력 신호를 받았을 때 자동으로 전원을 온(On)시키는 기능을 구현하기 위하여 외부 입력 신호를 감지하는 전력 공급회로로서, 주 전원 입력단자와 보조 전원 입력 단자 및 장치 전원 출력 단자 사이에 각각 한개씩의 피-채널 모스 트랜지스터와 앤-채널 모스 트랜지스터를 본 발명에 따른 방식으로 연결하여 상기 각각의 전원 입/출력 단자들과 접속시켜서 구성되어, 시스템으로부터 전원을 공급받는 키보드 또는 팩스/모뎀 또는 마이크로-프로세서 등의 장치에 전원을 공급해주는데 있어서 시스템이 주 전원 오프상태(AC Power Off)일 경우에만 보조 전원(Battery)을 사용하도록 하여 보조 전원의 사용을 절감하여 정전시 데이타 자동 보관 및 자동 웨이크-업(Auto Wake-Up) 기능을 원활하게 하며 컴퓨터의 키보드 제어부로 유기되는 보조 전원을 차단하여 보조 전원의 사용을 최대한으로 하는 효과를 볼 수 있다.The present invention provides a power supply circuit for sensing an external input signal to implement a function of automatically turning on the power when an external input signal is received when the computer is in a power saving state (AC Power Off).
