Abstract

본 발명은 건설중장비에 있어서, 종전의 브레이커의 유압회로에 셀렉트 밸브등을 설치하여 브레이커 사용후 옵션버켓(크램셀)을 사용할때, 상기 셀렉트 밸브를 이용하여 밸브를 이용하여 별도의 유압회로가 필요없이 바로 옵션버켈(크램셀)을 용이하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 중장비의 유압회로에 관한 것으로서, 종래 건설 기계등의 브레이커 유압회로에서는 셀렉트 밸브가 설치되어 있지 않아 브레이커 사용후 옵션버켈(크램셀)을 사용할시 별도의 유압회로를 추가하여야 하므로 그 작업이 매으 번거롭고 관련 부품 추가로 장비 원가가 상승되는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 메인콘트롤밸브(1)와 브레이커(30) 사이에 브레이커 또는 옵션버켓을 선택할 수 있는 셀렉트 밸브(3)를 설치하고 메인콘트롤밸브(1)를 작동하기 위한 펜달-리모트콘트롤밸브(2)를 설치하여, 브레이커(30)대신에 크램셀(40)등의 옵션버켓만 교환하면 다음 유압회로를 추가 변경할 필요없이 상기 셀렉트 밸브(3)만을 작동시킴에 의해 크램셀(40)등의 전용이 용이하게 되므로, 교체작업이 매우 간단하고 관련 부품 추가로 인한 장비 원가 상승을 방지되도록 하였다.The present invention, in the construction equipment, when installing the optional valve in the hydraulic circuit of the conventional breaker when using the optional bucket (cracks) after the use of the breaker, a separate hydraulic circuit using the valve using the select valve is required It is related to the hydraulic circuit of heavy equipment that makes it easy to use the optional buckle (cram cell) without using it.In the breaker hydraulic circuit of the conventional construction machinery, the select valve is not installed and the optional buckle (cram cell) is used after the breaker is used.
