Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 무릎 보호장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 인스트루멘트를 지지하는 T-바에 일정한 간격을 가지는 사이드 브라케트를 설치하고, 상기 사이드 브라케트 사이에 ⊂형상을 가지는 제2부재를 서로 대칭되게 형성하고, 상기 제2부재 일단에 제1부재를 설치하여 충돌시 무릎에 가해지는 충격력을 감소하기 위한 차량용 무릎 보호장치로, 인스트루멘트를 지지하는 T-바에 보호대가 설치된 차량용 무릎 보호장치에 있어서, 상기 T-바(1)에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되는 한쌍의 사이드 브라케트(2)(2 )와; 상기 사이드 브라케트(2)(2´) 사이에 설치되며 일단이 용접수단에 의해 상기 T-바(1)에 설치되는 한쌍의 제2부재(20)(20´)와; 상기 제2부재(20)(20´)의 다른 일단에 제1부재(10)(10´)가 용접수단에 의해 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 인스트루멘트를 지지하는 T-바에 보호대가 설치된 차량용 무릎 보호장치에 있어서, 상기 T-바에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되는 한쌍의 사이드 브라케트와; 상기 사이드 브라케트 사이에 설치되며 일단이 용접수단에 의해 고정되는 한쌍의 제2부재와; 상기 제2부재는 탄성력이 부여된 굴곡부를 가지며 상기 굴곡부 일 측에 용접수단에 의해 고정되는 한쌍의 제1부재와; 상기 제1부재와 제1부재 사이에 연결부재가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무릎 보호장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재는 용접수단에 의하여 상기 제2부재에 각각 설치되며 상기 제2부재의 굴곡부 일 측에 고정되기 위한 지지판과; 상기 지지판으로부터 돌출 설치되며 중공부를 가지는 보호판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무릎 보호장치.
