Abstract
본 발명은 변속레버의 작동구조에 관한 것으로서, 용접 또는 보울트 등에 의해 고정된 지지대 사이에 탄성부재가 내설된 몸체를 장착하고, 상기 몸체에 반원부재가 일체로 장착된 변속레버를 설치하며, 상기 반원부재 하방에 가이드부재를 고정시킴으로써, 변속레버가 시프트 방향으로 이동시 반원부재와 가이드부재의 볼이 접촉되어 시프트 행정을 정확하게 전달함은 물론 절도감을 증가시키고, 셀렉트 방향으로 이동된 변속레버를 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 간단하게 중립위치로 복귀되어 차량정지시 운전자의 오조작에 따른 사고 위험을 미연에 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 운전자의 조작 감각을 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to an operation structure of a shift lever, comprising: a body having elastic members embedded therein between supports fixed by welding or bolts, and installing a shift lever in which a semicircular member is integrally mounted to the body; By fixing the guide member under the member, when the shift lever moves in the shift direction, the semicircle member and the ball of the guide member contact each other to accurately transfer the shift stroke, as well as increase the sense of theft and move the shift lever moved in the select direction to the elastic member.
